Encourage - A Blog For 2014

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Psalm 73:26 The vision for this blog is to be like David, who "encouraged himself in the Lord" when times are hard. We live in days when encouragement is so necessary. Encourage is from an old French word meaning literally "with heart". To encourage means to impart hope, courage, or confidence; to hearten. So the goal is that every post written on here will be for that purpose.

Romans 8:28-31 NASB

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?
